Implementing and maintaining a strong Multi-Tiered System of Support (MTSS) can be challenging. School communities often need help with both the initial and ongoing rollout. Districts can use this survey at any point in their implementation to capture educator perceptions and identify strengths and gaps in team structures, systems, instruction, and data. With these insights, you'll have the data you need to support the ongoing improvement of your MTSS implementation. 

Panorama Signal AI Updates: Protect Student Well-Being by Quickly Identifying Sensitive Responses

These enhancements make it even easier for administrators to identify sensitive content in survey free responses. Panorama Signal now categorizes its review of hundreds of thousands of free responses into three groups: Recommended for Further Review, Identity or Profanity Detected, and Unable to Process. The Recommended for Further Review category relates to experiences that impact a student's ability to learn, such as abuse, bullying, or other similar themes. The Identity or Profanity Detected category includes references to identifying information or inappropriate language. Introducing Panorama Student Success Updates—Insights to Improve Student Outcomes

Focus AI Update: Reduce Search Time and Errors With Name Search Capability

Panorama Focus AI allows educators to quickly identify students by typing simple prompts into the Power Search bar. With many searches focused on student names, you can now search for students by first and/or last name, streamlining the process of finding specific students.

Attendance, ELA, and Math Reports: Empower Educators to Support At-Risk Students

These reports make it easy to identify at-risk students and take action to provide supports. The Attendance Report allows users to track daily attendance, monitor progress toward goals, and visualize trends over time. For ELA and math, educators can see the percentage of students below benchmark and navigate to individual student profiles to create an intervention plan or submit a support referral.

Daily Process Report: Monitor Intervention Plan Progress More Efficiently

The new Daily Progress Report monitoring method is available for all individual and group behavior and SEL intervention plans. This feature enables educators to set up a Daily Progress Report for groups instead of creating separate plans for each student receiving the same intervention.

• Configurable Academic Indicator: Customize academic indicators to include additional subjects and set their order to better identify students needing support.
• Assessment Uploader: Automate assessment uploads and free up educators so they can focus on analyzing and using data to make informed decisions.
• Enable FRPL Status & Housing Status by Role: Configure permissions for attributes like Free and Reduced-Price Lunch (FRPL) and Housing status to ensure compliance and privacy.
• Student Information Systems (SIS) Updates for Integrations: Enhance user experience by eliminating the need for manual exports and the continual maintenance of data streams.
