From Beta to Fully Integrated: New AI Features Now Available in Panorama Surveys and Student Success

At the AIM FOR IMPACT summit, we announced that three of our earliest AI features have officially graduated from beta to general availability. Over the past year, these features have been rigorously tested and refined based on valuable insights from more than 450 districts.

At Panorama, we often introduce new features in what we call a “beta” phase. This allows us to actively test, gather feedback, and make improvements to ensure the best possible experience. Once a feature has been thoroughly validated and meets our high standards, we transition it to general availability, making it an integral part of our platform.

Signal (available in Surveys and Engagement)

When sensitive content appears in free-response data, Signal ensures nothing is overlooked. This powerful tool flags mentions of topics like abuse, bullying, or violence in survey responses, helping you quickly identify students who may need urgent support.

Intelligent Playbook analyzes student data to generate three key insights and recommend strategies from Panorama Playbook—a library of nearly 900 research-backed interventions for academic, behavior, and well-being support, spanning all MTSS tiers and grade levels.

Discover (available in Panorama Pathways)

Unlock a smarter way to explore graduation and CTE program data. With Discover, educators can use natural language search to quickly access district, school, and student-level insights, including graduation rates, error monitoring, CTE plans, and more—all in one place.

Introducing the AI Perceptions and Readiness Survey

To support districts in embracing the potential of AI, Panorama is launching the 
research-backed AI Perceptions and Readiness Survey. Available in late February for Panorama Surveys and Engagement customers, this new survey helps districts understand the perspectives, knowledge, and skills of staff, teachers, and families when it comes to AI.
